ABOUT ME

I am an IELTS preparation specialist. I became a teacher in June 2012, and have been preparing students for IELTS ever since. I am from Sligo, Ireland, and have been living in Vancouver, Canada, since September 2018. I also spent two years in Prague, and have taught in Malta, Ukraine, England, and Ireland.

 

My huge passion for teaching, particularly IELTS, makes my lessons fun and very interactive. I target what my students find most challenging and build it into their most confident aspect.

 

All of my students achieved not only their desired IELTS Band score, but most got even higher - and in a very short space of time. Some within a few months, others within a few weeks, and even some within a small number of lessons!

In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, watching horror movies, going to cafes & bakeries, and travelling.
